What: A Hands-On Twitter Workshop

When: Wednesday, July 8th, 2009 10am - 1:00pm
What to bring: Your expressive self, your laptop with wireless, if you have one.
What not to bring: Your perfectionist or linear self.
Who is teaching?: Jen Harris
What to do ahead of time: Set up your Twitter account at www.twitter.com. (If you need help with this, call us, we can help). Once you sign up, we will send you a few links to read beforehand.
What the rules are: 1) Expect to "tweet". 2) Expect to meet new friends. 3) Expect to share laptops with others (not everyone has one). 4) Encourage each other. 5) Ask ALL your questions.
Workshop Outline:
Q&A is scattered throughout--it is not a separate line item--this is a very interactive class.
Goal: We want you to walk away with knowledge of how to communcate with others & why listening is key!
